Every package includes the evaporator coil and blower deep clean, duct and vent anti-microbial treatment, preventative anti-fungal primer, and a final walkthrough with care notes. It is HVAC cleaning and preventative treatment only — not mold remediation, removal, testing, or assessment.

How long does a typical visit take?

A single-unit home runs 2–3 hours. A two-unit home with multi-unit pricing usually runs 4–5 hours. Larger homes are quoted in advance.

Do you offer emergency or same-day service?

Scheduled visits are the norm. We do our best to accommodate urgent needs across Miami-Dade corridors; call (786) 949-9255 for the current schedule.

What if my system needs more than cleaning?

If during the visit we identify something outside our scope, we'll stop, document it, and refer you to a licensed HVAC contractor. We never proceed with work we cannot stand behind.
